Welcome to Nomad Dad and Kid (the “Publication”), including its sections Bridging the Commons and Unwelcome Guests, operated by John Free and GreenAlchemy (“Publisher,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). By subscribing, accessing, or using this Publication, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Content Ownership and Use

All original content published under Nomad Dad and Kid, Bridging the Commons, and Unwelcome Guests (the “Content”) is the intellectual property of the Publisher, unless otherwise noted.

• Subscribers may view, read, and share excerpts of the Content for personal, non-commercial use.

• Republishing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting Content without prior written consent is prohibited.

• Attribution is required if brief excerpts are shared (e.g. quotations with link back to the original post).

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are managed through Substack’s platform and subject to their billing system.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, consistent with Substack’s refund policy.

3. Supporter and Ally Tiers

• Supporters receive full access to Bridging the Commons and associated archives.

• Allies receive access to all Content, including An Uncivilized Psy-Op.

• Tier benefits may evolve over time as the Publication grows, but the Publisher will communicate changes in advance.

4. Community Guidelines

• Subscribers are welcome to comment, reply, or otherwise engage in dialogue within the Publication’s platform.

• By participating, you agree to:

  • Respectful dialogue; no harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks.

  • No spamming, solicitation, or disruptive behavior.

  • Responsibility for the content of your own comments and contributions.

• The Publisher reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove comments that violate these guidelines.

5. Disclaimers

• The Publication is for informational, educational, and expressive purposes only. It does not provide professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

• Views expressed are those of the Publisher and contributors, not of any affiliated institutions.

• Content may address sensitive topics, including but not limited to politics, culture, collapse, trauma, and spirituality. Reader discretion is advised.

6. Termination of Service
